  1. Simbank is one of many new utilities that I am working on for
  2. SimCity. One will be an enhancement of the bank with loans
  3. being made with interest payments due and deducted from the
  4. tax rolls.(Just like a real lending institution).

  6. Also in the works is a terraforming utility to let you create
  7. your own land formations.
